New pix of the Saint - take a look at some of the Zagreb photos here.

Mark your calenders: November (of this year, we assume!) will be the release date of Duran '79, the Nick Rhodes/Stephen Duffy collaboration. And on July 3rd, the re-mastered version of Rio will hit US stores.

Nick's photo appears in yesterday's edition of
Hello magazine with Maddy (page 72).

The Gap ad is slated to be shot in San Francisco in September.

Friend or foe?  Whether you like them or not, we have them:  more pictures of the women in Nick's life have been added to the Saintly Women chamber.

Get into the GAP: Simon and The Saint will be appearing in a new Gap campaign this fall. With all the dancing in those ads, one would have to wonder what they'd have Nick do :)

Nick, Simon, Andy, Roger, and John will head into the studio at the beginning of June - the first time together in 16 years. Check out the
message board for a picture of Andy, Roger, and John already there.

As promised: take a peek at the home shared by Nick and Julie Anne here. Stay tuned for more pictures in the coming weeks! Sign up on the Temple mailing list and you'll be one of the first to see them.

The re-mastered version of Rio will hit the stores on June 11 in the UK and on July 17 in the US.

The print world abounds with news of the reformation. Check out the articles on
CNN, BBC, Billboard, Wall of Sound, and People.

Duran Duran respond: "It's something we are very much looking forward to. There has always been an incredible chemistry and musical energy when we have got together. We are all very excited about the prospect of seeing what we can create." 2002 is the scheduled release date for a new album with the latest (re-?) incarnation of Duran.

Andy Taylor also confirmed his participation, and writes that a tour will be scheduled for 2002. He is currently working with the others to write original material for the upcoming album.

Some things will stay the same: Warren confirmed that TV Mania, his project with Nick, will still go on. They've had a finished album for five years and are hoping that the reunion will generate enough revenue in order to finally release it, as well as other projects they've collaborated on together. Nick and Warren will also continue to work together to produce other bands and artists. Share your views on the latest evolution of Duran with other Nickolites at Dear Saint Nick.

The Saint recently appeared on BBC1's The Story of the New Romantics.

Add Mark McGrath of Sugar Ray to the list of musicians inspired by Duran: their new video, "When It's Over", will feature a vignette inspired by the band, complete with Nagel paintings and blue shirts with tucked-in ties.

A little tease of what's to come: ever wondered what The Saint's home looks like? Thanks to Manon and the Dutch Go Duran fanzine, you get to find out! Get on the Temple mailing list and you'll be one of the first to see it!

"That version of Duran Duran doesn't exist anymore. That's the last chapter of the trio. There's going to be a reunion of the original band very soon. Everybody's still very close friends, and Warren, Nick and Simon are off to Japan in June to play the four dates that they booked."
After months of rumours, it was confirmed: the original Fab Five will reunite, minus Warren. Read Warren's
statements posted on LK, as well as a message from PattyP at TTP. No official word yet from DuranDuran.com.
