Japan tour news: According to our friend Harumi, tickets will go on sale May 17th for the Tokyo concert, May 21st for Nagoya, and June 1st for Osaka and Fukuoka. The ticket price is 8,500¥. Creativeman is accepting ticket reservations for the Tokyo concert only - however to purchase through them you have to become a member and pay by money order. You may also be able to purchase tickets through http://t.pia.co.jp/music.html. (No English translations on these sites, however.)

Another site to keep an eye on: Metropolis, an English language online magazine on Japan. Current concert listings can be seen here - Duran is not yet on this list.
