Bottom: This small
side table can be found in the dining room. The
light is pleasantly filtered through the white
voile curtains. The silver coffee and tea set are
authentic deco pieces. There was a small
discussion/argument between architect and client
over the walls in this room. Jones advised wooden
panelling, but Nick had his doubts. Eventually he
let the architect have his way and the result is
amazing. The wooden panels, behind which the
cupboards are hidden, were given a special
treatment so that the material looks like wet
satin.
