Producers Patrick Burfield and James Marcus announced their proposed
art house'' feature The Persistence Of Memory.'' The film revolves
around surrealist painter Salvador Dali, his wife Gala, the poet
Federico Lorca, and the filmmaker MDBOLuis Bunuel. They hope to
begin shooting in the fall. Already lined up to play Salvador Dali
is Lothaire Bluteau with Dexter Fletcher as Lorca and Phil Daniels
as Bunuel. Julie Anne Rhodes will portray Gala. Marcus will
direct. |
