Statement by John E. Koski

John Emanuel Koski, of lawful age, being first duly sworn, upon his oath deposes and says: "I am the son of John Simeson, also known as John Simonson, also sometimes known as John Simoson, and the discrepancy in our names is accounted for by the fact that I have retained the old Polish family name. My father died in the City of Casper and State of Wyoming on or about the 31st day of December, 1920, leaving no last will and testament; neither did he leave a wife him surviving, and his only children were myself, Edith Parkko of Hanna, Wyoming, Alma Simonson Ulvila, of Longmont, Colorado, and Impie Huhta, of Rock Springs, Wyoming." Further depondent sayeth not.

This statement was unsigned and not notarized. It appears that it was to have been notarized in 1924.
